Chocolate Avocado Mouse

Chocolate avocado mousse!  I got the inspiration to make this chocolate mousse from

https://www.forageddish.com/blog/2017/9/1/chocolate-avocado-pudding  I had been wanting to make a dessert for a while, but I’ve been craving something fattening but healthy.  Avocados have healthy fats in them and Cacao powder have many health benefits, so I thought why not create this!! This chocolate mousse is super easy to make, all you need is the ingredients and a food processor.

Cacao nibs have a healthy bitter taste, which may not be loved by everyone, so fruits just can be added on top, or whipped coconut cream or the mousse can be left to be plain.

Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Smooth, Chocolatey and creamy

Note: When I create my recipes I go by taste as I believe every item of food tastes different each time you make it, so I have a set recipe then I add or remove as I go.  I also believe everyone has their own taste palate so please use my recipe as guidance to what beautiful dishes you can create.

Ingredients

2 ripe avocados

Organic Agave Nectar 100% natural fat free sweetner, absolutely love it with almost anything, drinks and food, adding natural sweetness. I know longer use sugar in any of my meals and this has been an amazing alternative.  Can be found at your local store https://www.groovyfood.co.uk/products/light-amber-mild-agave-nectar
